Your challenge

• Manage, implement and further develop Salesforce CRM, including new features, integrations, automation, and AI solutions (in close cooperation with the Global CRM Team and Global IT).
• Translate and improve customer and sales processes across CRM and related systems to support efficient and seamless workflows.
• Support users through training, workshops and helping teams get the most value from CRM and commercial tools.
• Ensure high data quality, reporting, dashboards, and meaningful business insights across CRM and commercial processes.
• Develop and implement Commercial Excellence standards, processes, and best practices across the division.
• Analyze commercial performance, track KPIs, and identify opportunities for improvement in sales processes, forecasting, and pricing.

Your Profile

• Relevant education or work experience in a related field
• Experience in CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce), Commercial Excellence or similar areas
• Strong analytical and KPI-driven mindset
• Understanding of sales processes and customer journeys
• Interest in digitalization, automation, and AI
• Experience in training users and driving change
• Fluent English and strong communication skills

The gross annual salary for this position is approximately EUR 65,000 including variable bonus components and additional monetary benefits.
