Your challenge

We are looking for a HR Business Partner who enjoys shaping the business together with leaders and making a real difference. You support people and the organization through change and continuous development in a pragmatic and people‑focused way.

• Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on strategic and operational HR topics
• Translate business strategy and goals into targeted, impactful HR initiatives
• Drive organizational, leadership, and cultural development in a dynamic environment
• Lead and support change and transformation initiatives, ensuring sustainable adoption across the organization
• Implement and locally embed global HR concepts (e.g. Talent Management, Leadership, Engagement)
• Balance strategic initiatives with operational excellence by ensuring compliance with legal and corporate standards

Your Profile

• Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable strategic HR role, ideally in a global industrial environment
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in working closely with leaders and teams
• Strategic mindset combined with a pragmatic, hands‑on approach
• Solid knowledge of labor law and organizational and people development practices
• Ability to structure complexity and actively shape change in a global environment
• Excellent English skills; any additional languages are a plus
