SENIOR TENDER MANAGER (M/F/D)

YOUR TASKS - WHAT TO EXPECT:

• Responsible for tenders in the refurbishment sector at the Niederranna site and for worldwide subsidiaries
• Coordination with relevant stakeholders to ensure the timely and accurate preparation of tender documents
• Organization of all aspects of the tendering process according to the given standards
• Preparation of offers in collaboration with the sales team
• Analysis and evaluation of tender results and identification of improvement opportunities to enhance success
• Contribution to an effective and positive customer relationship throughout the entire sales process

YOUR PROFILE - WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING:

• Completed degree in Mechanical Engineering or Business Administration
• At least 5 years of experience plant engineering, preferably in the field of hydropower
• Ideally, knowledge in 2D/3D CAD and ERP software
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Fluent in German and English
• Willingness to travel

Our salary base is the collective agreement for employees in the metal industry. We offer a market-compliant gross monthly salary starting from EUR 3.800 with possible overpayment depending on qualifications and experience.
